Yes, our services are tailored to be safe for expectant mothers, with techniques adjusted to ensure comfort and safety at each stage of pregnancy.
3. What can I expect from a prenatal or breech bodywork session?
Expect a relaxing experience, where we use gentle techniques to relieve tension, improve fetal positioning, and address specific needs like breech positioning. The session is customized to your comfort level.
4. When can I start postpartum bodywork?
You can start postpartum bodywork as early as 1-3 weeks after birth, depending on your recovery. Belly binding can be used to support abdominal healing and help with posture.
5. How does fertility bodywork help?
Fertility & Reproductive Health Bodywork focuses on supporting the body’s natural rhythms to relieve tension and promote overall reproductive wellness. It’s ideal for those dealing with painful periods, PCOS, or fertility concerns. Note: This service supports, but does not treat medical conditions.
6. Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns related to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or reproductive health.
A short intake form will also be required to ensure you qualify for our services and that we can provide the best care based on your individual needs.
7. How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy via our online system! Simply choose your service, select a time, and secure your spot with a deposit. Convenient and hassle-free!
8. What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, the non-refundable deposit will be kept. For full details, refer to our Cancellation Policy.
9. Do you accept Insurance?
We currently accept select insurance plans for most services, including bodywork, childbirth education, and hybrid birth support.
Homebirth midwifery services are not covered by insurance at this time.
If you have a PPO plan, we also partner with a billing company that may be able to help facilitate partial reimbursement for Homebirth services. Clients work directly with the billing company, and a service fee may apply.
