Service Description
Investment: $150 During this consultation, we will: -Explore your vision, goals, and preferences for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum -Discuss any concerns, fears, previous birth experiences, or unique circumstances -Identify potential gaps in your current support system -Create a personalized roadmap for postpartum recovery, healing, and newborn support -Determine whether our Hybrid Birth Support Package is the best fit for your family's needs You'll receive: - Action steps you can begin implementing right away - Answers to your most pressing questions - One complimentary Midwife Holistic Protocol of your choice to support your pregnancy or postpartum journey Bonus: Your consultation fee will be credited toward the $5,000 Hybrid Birth Support Package should you choose to move forward.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure we can continue offering the best service to all our clients, we ask for the following: Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $50 of the total service price is required to secure your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling: 24-hour notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. We will happily assist in rescheduling your appointment at a later time. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the deposit will be kept, but no additional charges will apply. Exceptions: In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
